What if oysters yielded wood screws?
As we all know, Oysters yield pearls. But what if Oysters yielded wood screws. Such a simple but needed object. If every Oyster gave you two screws then I guess they would be pretty important. Carpenter supply shops could keep their own tanks of oysters and on a grand scale screw farms could be operating from patches of the ocean floor.
Screw farminmg would have originally been a dangerous job with people having to hold their breath for a long long time. In fact the use for wood screws would have been discovered hundreds of years after their original discovery. They would have originally been worn as jewellery and held in high esteem by high society, but their necessity would have made them into a common unvalubale object.
But Oysters don’t yield wood screws, they yield beautiful pearls, and they are yummy to eat.
BeOysterAware.com is a campaign aiming to make people aware of the dangers, the facts and healthly benefits of eating Gulf oysters. They want to educate everyone on vibrio vulnificus, a bacteria that is sometimes found in raw seafood that could lead to disease.
As well as offering treatment advice and other importnat stuff, they have some great recipe ideas and the guidelines on how to consume them.

Ok. You got me. That was a pretty good intro. Usually I skip most of the sponsored link posts, but I didn’t realize what it was until it was too late.
Found your blog through Blogclout, where I noticed that you mentioned that you’ve gone full time with bloggin. Congratulations. How’s that going for you? From the big picture of BloggerNoob, I can’t figure out if you actually are BloggerNoob, or it’s just a link.
Still, I’m always inspired when I meet regular people bloggin for a living. (As opposed to the John Chow mogul variety). Good luck!

Hey, thanks for coming by.
I don’t so too many paid posts on here as am trying to keep the integrity up… but some days, as I am new to full time, I need to top my earnings up a little.
The Noob sqaure is his advert, so no I am not him. I would however recommend you read his blog, it’s a great source of straight up advice and inspiration.
Full time is going ok, this site sadly just lost it’s PR. No real idea why! Another site where I post 3 paid posts a day has currently held onto it’s PR3! I have lots to learn and lot’s to expand upon, I am extremely new to all of this.
Anyway thanks and I’ll come by and visit your site.
